The venue publishes a maximum of 192 seated. Those are top figures for an empty room. A dance floor, a stage, a buffet or a photo booth each take space, so plan on fewer guests than the maximum once your layout is drawn.

• Is a membership or member sponsor needed to book?
• What is the rain plan for an outdoor ceremony?
• Are photos allowed on the course, and at what times?
• What time does the clubhouse close for private events?
• Is there a minimum guest count on weekends?

Planning entertainment here

Clubhouse dining rooms often have lower ceilings, so plan for floor-level acts: magicians, musicians and caricaturists. A patio can take roaming acts during cocktails.

Send every performer’s technical needs to the venue before you book: floor space, ceiling height, power, sound and changing room.
