Event services are hard to judge before the day, so clients buy on evidence. Your photos, videos and written guides are that evidence: they show what you do, teach clients how to plan, and prove that past events went well. This module covers the content that sells a service and how to produce it without a production budget. You will learn which event photos actually market you and who owns them under Canadian copyright law, how to shoot short video on a phone, how to write guides that people search for, how to film behind the scenes without breaking a client's trust, and how to turn one event into twenty useful pieces. A lesson on AI tools sets out where they help and where they create legal and reputational risk. It is written for planners, performers, caterers, venues, photographers, florists and rental companies. By the end you will have a content calendar for one full season.

By the end of this module you can

  • Plan content around three jobs: show, teach and prove
  • Use event photos and video with the right permissions and credits under Canadian law
  • Shoot and edit short vertical video on a phone
  • Write search-friendly guides and turn one event into many pieces of content
  • Build a one-season content calendar and use AI tools responsibly
