Planners sell something the client cannot hold, taste or try on. You are asking a couple, a committee or a corporate sponsor to trust you with a day that has not happened yet, and that changes how every part of your marketing has to work. This track takes the foundations from the core modules and applies them to the planning business specifically. You will learn how to make an invisible service concrete, how to build a convincing portfolio from a handful of events, how to turn venues into a steady source of referrals, how corporate buyers and procurement departments actually choose a planner, and how wedding planners can work the show circuit, the listing platforms and the winter inquiry rush. It is written for solo planners, small studios and coordinators moving into full planning. By the end you will have a set of proof assets, a venue partner plan, a procurement-ready vendor package and a season plan for wedding inquiries.

By the end of this module you can

  • Turn your planning process into visible, named deliverables that clients can understand and compare
  • Build a credible portfolio and proof library from only a few events
  • Run a structured venue partnership programme that produces referrals without breaking disclosure rules
  • Prepare a vendor package that passes corporate procurement and onboarding
  • Plan your wedding marketing around the GTA show calendar, listing platforms and the winter inquiry season
