How to prepare

The questions come from the lesson quizzes, so working through each module and its quiz is the best preparation. The exam is open book: keep the lessons and your worksheets beside you. Many questions ask you to apply an idea, such as working out a lead-to-booking rate, choosing the right way to show a price, or deciding whether a message needs consent, rather than recall a definition.

After the exam

Each attempt draws a fresh set of questions. If you do not pass, review the topics you missed and try again when you are ready. Once you pass, you can claim the free certificate. Results are saved in your browser, so use the same browser and device you studied on.

The certificate records that you completed the course. It is not a licence or an accredited designation, but it is a fair way to show a client, an employer or a business partner that you have done the work.
