Corporate clients book more often, spend more per event and come back year after year, but they buy in a completely different way from couples and families. Decisions pass through several people, budgets follow fiscal years, and procurement teams care as much about insurance and invoices as about ideas. This track teaches you to sell to that world. You will learn how companies and public-sector organizations actually buy events, how to prospect on LinkedIn, by email and by phone within CASL and the telemarketing rules, how to decide which RFPs to answer and survive vendor onboarding, how to write proposals that score well with evaluators, and how to manage accounts so one booking becomes a decade of work. It is written for planners, caterers, venues, AV and production companies, performers, photographers, décor and rental companies, and any event business in Toronto, the GTA and Ontario that wants more corporate revenue.

By the end of this module you can

  • Map the people, budgets and approval steps behind a corporate event purchase
  • Run a CASL-compliant outbound prospecting sequence on LinkedIn, email and phone
  • Decide which RFPs to pursue with a go or no-go scorecard and complete vendor onboarding quickly
  • Write a procurement proposal structured around the evaluator's scoring criteria
  • Build an account plan that turns one corporate event into a recurring calendar of work
