An independent GTA company that sends a production rather than a catalogue: curated performers, costume direction, music cues, arrival choreography and a run of show.
What it offers
- Fire: fans, torches, fire eating and flame choreography, solo to ensemble, 3 to 20 minutes, for courtyards, patios and approved indoor rooms.
- LED and glow: programmable fans, wings and whips for nightclubs, product reveals and late receptions, the usual alternative where fire is not allowed.
- Event models and hosts: greeters, presenters and brand ambassadors styled to the event.
- Showgirl revues: feather fans and sequins as entrances or short stage numbers.
Planning notes
Open flame indoors needs the venue’s written approval and usually the fire department’s; many hotels say no. Ask for the performers’ certificate of insurance naming the venue, and give the act a cleared zone with no drapes or décor nearby. Request contact details through Get quotes.

What this vendor needs from the venue
- Technical requirements
- Fire: a solo act needs roughly a 4 × 4 m clear zone, more for an ensemble, a trained safety spotter and extinguishers, plus venue and fire-department approval for indoor fire; otherwise book the LED version. LED: a dark room. Models: a changing room and the costume palette in advance.
