Photographers, videographers and other visual creatives sell something unusual: the client cannot see the product until after the event, yet every frame you deliver becomes marketing for you, for the couple or company, and for every vendor in the shot. This track turns that fact into a system. You will learn how to curate a portfolio that speaks to one client type at a time, how Canadian copyright works now that photographers own their images by default, and how to write usage licences and credit lines that protect your work while making it easy to share. You will build a vendor sharing routine that turns one wedding or gala into a dozen warm referrals, price collections that steer clients to the package you want them to buy, and design galleries and deliverables that bring in the next inquiry. It is written for wedding, corporate and event photographers, videographers, content creators, photo booth operators and designers in Toronto, the GTA and across Ontario.

By the end of this module you can

  • Build separate portfolio pages for weddings, corporate and social clients from your existing work
  • Write a plain-language usage licence and credit line that match Canadian copyright law
  • Run a vendor sharing routine that delivers images, credits and tags within a set number of days
  • Price three collections with a clear anchor, a target package and honest all-in totals
  • Turn galleries, previews and albums into a repeatable source of referrals and reviews
