Magic Magic books magicians, illusionists and mentalists for events across Toronto and the GTA. One call covers strolling close-up magic for a cocktail hour, a 25-to-40-minute stage show after dinner, scripted sales magic for a trade show booth, or a full grand illusion production with assistants and dancers.

The roster

Every act below has its own profile with formats and what it needs from the room. Book any of them through Magic Magic.

How a booking works

Performer arriving at a banquet hall service entrance to meet the planner
  1. Tell the agency the date, venue, guest count and the feeling you want.
  2. You get a recommendation: strolling, stage, trade show or a combination, and a quote.
  3. The performer’s technical rider and certificate of insurance go to your venue.
  4. On the day the performer arrives early, checks in with your planner and runs to your timings.

Formats and planning numbers

  • Close-up / strolling: one magician per 60–80 guests for a two-hour set; no stage, no AV.

  • Trade show:
  • Kids and family: 30–45 minute shows with a volunteer; balloon twisting can follow.
  • Grand illusion production: the touring show that played to 1,000+ guests for OpenText; needs a theatrical stage and 8–12 weeks’ lead time.
