The banquet halls along Highway 7 and in Woodbridge hold 500–1,500 guests, with permanent stages, 7 m+ ceilings, certified rigging and parking lots the size of the room. They are the default for Italian and South Asian weddings, large galas and corporate award nights that need an LED wall and a late curfew.
Smaller options exist in the golf clubs and the restaurants of Kleinburg and Woodbridge for 60–200 guests. Transit is thin: plan shuttles or confirm parking counts.
